We’re looking for a Rental Manager who is passionate about downhill sports, committed to top-tier customer service, keeps calm under pressure, and knows how to create a great team spirit.

Saariselkä Ski & Sport Resort is seeking a responsible and hands-on Rental Manager to lead the daily operations of our equipment rental shop. In this role, you'll be part of our mountain team delivering unforgettable experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing the rental shop’s operations, developing customer service, and guiding and training staff. Our rental shop also handles ski pass sales, ski school bookings, a SkiShop, equipment rentals, maintenance, and storage. This is a practical, varied, and active role – no two days are the same.

We combine outdoor adventure with professional service in a truly unique setting – at the northernmost ski resort in Europe. In winter, we provide equipment for alpine skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. In summer, the focus shifts to mountain biking and other fell activities. As Rental Manager, your job is to ensure smooth and customer-oriented operations throughout the year.

Saariselkä Ski & Sport Resort is a family-owned business that includes the ski resort, rental shop, ski school, and the cozy restaurant Lieggâ Láávu. Our operations are international, community-driven, and continuously evolving.

We’re looking for someone with:

- Experience in customer service or rental operations (supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Finnish skills are a bonus)
- A genuine interest in outdoor activities and sports

All relevant experience and education will be considered an advantage. The role can be tailored to match your skills and interests.

Salary range for this role is initially 2764-3584€/month (+ applicable bonuses per the collective agreement for the ski resort industry). Please include your salary expectation in your application.
