We’re looking for a ski rental worker who enjoys helping people, has a hands-on attitude, and thrives in an active, fast-paced environment where every day is different.

Saariselkä Ski & Sport Resort is the northernmost ski resort in Europe and part of a family-owned company that includes a ski resort, rental shop, ski school, and restaurant. Our rental shop team helps visitors gear up for unforgettable adventures in the fells – whether it’s alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing in winter. As part of our crew, you’ll assist customers with equipment rental, fittings, returns, and basic maintenance, always ensuring great service and smooth operations.

This is a great role for someone who loves outdoor sports, enjoys meeting new people from around the world, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

We’re looking for someone with:

- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn the ins and outs of rental equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Fluency in English (Finnish is a bonus)
- An interest in skiing, snowboarding, biking, or outdoor activities

Previous experience in rental, customer service, or basic equipment maintenance is a plus, but not required – we’ll provide training for the right person.
